The Acts That Changed Everything
As we learn better, we do better.

Brothers and sisters,

As we enter the final month of 2025, we step into a series that has the potential to shift everything about how you see the system — not through fear, not through outrage, but through clarity, equity, and peaceful standing.

This December, we are pulling back the curtain on four acts that quietly restructured the relationship between the People and the system. These are not abstract policies. They are the inflection points that shaped how jurisdiction, citizenship, and remedy function today.

This month is about understanding the presumption, so we may learn how to walk cleanly outside of it.

The Acts That Changed Everything

📅 December 1 — The 14th Amendment’s Shadow Legacy

Was the 14th Amendment truly ratified — or declared “ratified” under military coercion?
This class uncovers how federal citizenship was imposed over the several states, and how that shift still affects standing, equity, and jurisdiction today.

If you’ve ever suspected that “United States citizen” doesn’t describe you as an heir — this is your class.

📅 December 8 — Silent Seizure: The Federal Tax Lien Act of 1966

What if liens were never actually proven — only presumed?
In 1966, Congress quietly replaced lawful due process with administrative presumption. Most people have no idea it happened. We’ll walk through the shift, the hidden consequences, and the path back to remedy.

📅 December 15 — The Trust You Never Knew You Were In

Birth certificates. Social Security numbers. The gold window closing.
Why did it all happen at once?
In this class, we uncover how a constructive trust was formed and why the system presumes men and women as beneficiaries of a fiction.

We’ll talk about:

  • Why the cestui que vie structure underlies modern identity
  • Why your estate was presumed abandoned
  • What Social Security truly is (and is not)
  • And how heirs rebut that presumption with honor and truth

📅 December 22 — Unwrapping the Federal Reserve Act

Just before Christmas 1913, Congress handed control of the people’s money supply to a private banking cartel.
The consequences were inflation, debt, and a commercial system built on presumption rather than substance.

In this class, you’ll learn how the Federal Reserve Act reshaped the republic — and how reclaiming jurisdiction begins with recognizing what is fiction and what is true in equity.

🔥 December 29 — Fireside Family Chat: Peaceful People in a Presumed World

To close out the year, we’re gathering for something different — no slides, no curriculum.
Just a peaceful fireside conversation where you can bring cocoa, your scrolls, your questions, or your reflections.

This event is free and open to all.
No donation requested.

đź’¬ A Word for December

This year, many of you took your first steps into standing as heirs.
Some of you wrote your Declaration of Status and Nationality.
Some of you built your Book of Life with diligence and honor.
Some of you simply showed up each Monday night with courage in your heart.

Every step matters.

December is not about fear — it’s about foundation.
When you know how the acts of Congress reshaped the system, you also learn where the remedy hides… because it always hides in the presumption.

And as we say each week:

The system is not the enemy.
The presumption is.
And presumption falls the moment the heir speaks.

❤️ Thank You

Thank you for walking this path with honor, humility, and truth.
Our Republic lives in the hearts of the people — and each week, you prove that the light is turning back on.

As we learn better, we do better.

With respect and gratitude,
Cassandra
